Hours of Operation

Emmmabydesign works Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 7:00PM EST.

Weekends, holidays, and vacation days aren’t considered business days, so communication and progress will pause during those times.

Payment Authorization

By making a purchase, you confirm that the payment method is yours and that you’re authorizing Emmmabydesign to process it for your order.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Once payment is submitted, it can’t be reversed.

If you decide to cancel your project after work has started, everything created up to that point will be delivered as-is.

Service Description Acknowledgment

Before purchasing, please make sure you’ve read and understood the description of the service you’re booking.

Project Communication

If there’s no communication or no requested information provided within 5 days of purchase, the order will be canceled without a refund. This keeps the process fair and the workflow running smoothly.

Restarting a Paused Project

If your project is canceled due to inactivity and you’d like to resume it, a $25 restart fee will be required.

Revision Requests

Once your project is completed, you’ll have 24 hours to request the revisions included with your service.

Revision Limits

After the 24-hour window, additional changes won’t be taken on without an extra fee.

Revisions include small adjustments only (like colors, fonts, or images).

Project Finalization

Once you approve your design through email, the project is considered complete.

Any updates or adjustments made after approval will be billed separately.

Turnaround Time

By purchasing, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the turnaround times listed for your service. These timelines apply Monday through Friday. Weekends, holidays, and vacation days are not counted as business days.

Design Sharing

Emmmabydesign retains the right to share final designs on our website, social channels, and other platforms for portfolio and marketing purposes.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Because all work is custom, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges once a service is purchased.
